    2.5.1. It waives access to the Service, other services provided by IEHANA COSMETICS through the Site, receiving newsletters \/ alerts and \/ or communications from IEHANA COSMETICS of any nature (electronic, telephone, etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n

    2.5.2. IEHANA COSMETICS will delete all data that refers to it from its database without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without any party claiming the other damages.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2.5.3. It may return at any time to its decision not to agree and \/ or not accept the document in the form in which it will be available at that time.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2.6. In order to exercise the right provided for in Article 2.5, it may contact IEHANA COSMETICS or use the links in the content received from IEHANA COSMETICS for this purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2.7. The Customer may not unilaterally revoke the agreement expressed in favor of the Document during the course of a Contract or until the latter has paid the consideration of all Unrelated Contracts to Iehana Cosmetics.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the event that the Customer has paid the value of all Unrelated Contracts to IEHANA COSMETICS and revokes the agreement expressed in favor of the Document during the execution of an Order, IEHANA COSMETICS will cancel its Order without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without any party To be able to claim the other damages.<\/span><\/p>\n

      3.4. The Member or the Client may only copy, transfer and \/ or use the content for personal or non-commercial purposes only if they do not conflict with the provisions of this Document.<\/span><\/p>\n

      3.5. If IEHANA COSMETICS grants the Member or the Customer the right to use, as described in a separate use agreement, a certain content to which the Member has or obtains access under this agreement, this right extends only to that one Content defined in the agreement only during its existence or content on the Site or the period defined in the Agreement under the defined terms and conditions, if any, and is not a contractual commitment from IEHANA COSMETICS for that Member, Client or any other Third party who has \/ has access to this transferred content by any means and who may or may be harmed in any way from this content during or after the expiration of the use agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

          5.6. IEHANA COSMETICS will not include in newsletters and \/ or alerts sent to the Member or Client any other advertising material in the form of content that refers to any third party that is not a partner of Iehana Cosmetics at the time of sending the newsletters and \/ Or alerts.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.Online sales policy<\/b><\/p>\n

          7.1. Access to service<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.1.1. Access to service is allowed to any Member who owns or creates an Account.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.1.2. In order to be granted access to the service, the Member will have to accept the provisions of the Document.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.1.3. IEHANA COSMETICS reserves the right to limit the customer\u2019s access to the Service and to delete his Account if he \/ she considers that based on Customer\u2019s behavior, access and existence of the Client\u2019s Account may prejudice Iehana Cosmetics in any way. This right may be exercised at any time and no notice to the Customer is required.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.1.4. Each Member can have one Account. It is forbidden to share an Account among several Members \/ Clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.1.5. In the event of discovery of shared access by multiple Clients, IEHANA COSMETICS reserves the right to cancel or suspend Customer\u2019s access to Content or Service.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.2. Products and services<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.2.1. IEHANA COSMETICS may publish on the site information about products, services and \/ or promotions practiced by it or any other third party with which IEHANA COSMETICS has concluded contracts or partnership agreements within a certain period and within the available stock limit.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.2.2. Products and \/ or services purchased through the Service are intended solely for Customer\u2019s personal use.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.2.3. IEHANA COSMETICS may limit the ability to purchase products or services available on the Site at any one time to one or more Clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.2.4. All tariffs for the products or services presented on the site are expressed in RON and include VAT.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.2.5. Rates displayed on the site cut by a line signify the price recommended by the manufacturer for sale in shops, shopping centers or any other retail space where discounts are not practiced. These tariffs are purely informative and have no legal value.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.2.6. Invoicing of purchased products is made exclusively in RON using the information provided by the Customer in the intended form. IEHANA COSMETICS is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Customer for the invoice. If the payment is made by bank card, it will be confirmed when the invoice is issued to the Client. Until that time, the order value will be blocked on the Customer\u2019s account and not transferred to Iehana Cosmetics accounts.67.2.7. In the case of online payments, IEHANA COSMETICS is not \/ can not be held responsible for any additional cost incurred by the customer, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the card issuing bank, if the currency of issue It differs from RON.           7.2.8.           7.3.3. By completing the order, the Customer agrees that IEHANA COSMETICS has the right to contact him, by any means available \/ agreed by IEHANA COSMETICS (by phone or email), for personal confirmation of the order. If the order is not confirmed within 3 (three) business days, it is automatically canceled by the system. Customers accept that IEHANA COSMETICS can not be forced to deliver an order that has not been confirmed under the above conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.3.4. IEHANA COSMETICS will unilaterally denounce and will automatically cancel the order made by the Customer, even without prior notice addressed to the Customer, without any subsequent obligation of any party to the other party or without any party claiming the other damages in the following cases:<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.3.4.1. Non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Customer\u2019s card of the transaction in the case of online payments;<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.3.4.2. Invalidation of the transaction by the card processor agreed by Iehana Cosmetics in the case of online payment;<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.3.4.3. The data provided by the Customer regarding the delivery (address, contact details) on the site are incomplete or incorrect;<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.3.4.4. Customer\u2019s activity on the Site may and \/ or may cause damages of any kind to the part of IEHANA COSMETICS and \/ or its partners;<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.3.4.5. Making more than two consecutive failures;<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.3.4.6. For other objective reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.3.5. In the event that the Customer waives a payment order with a bank card and in which the Bank of the Client authorizing the Bank has authorized the banking transaction, the amount will be reimbursed by IEHANA COSMETICS within 30 days from the date when IEHANA COSMETICS Taken into account by this fact or can be converted into Iehana credits under Art. 7.9<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.3.6.           7.3.7. A placed order can not be changed. If the customer wants a change (including or dropping products), it will cancel the order that does not match its wishes and make a new order in the system.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.3.8. Product delivery details including but not limited to the time required for delivery are not a contractual obligation on behalf of Iehana Cosmetics, without any party being able to claim the other damages, if any party can be or is harmed in any Way of violating them.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.3.9. In the event that a Client modifies his or her personal data using the available forms on the site, all existing orders at that time retain the data defined \/ accepted by the Customer prior to the change, considered for delivery and contact, The new data modified accordingly.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.4. Order by phone<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.4.1. Client \/ Member can not make phone orders.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.5. Contract and completion<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.5.1. IEHANA COSMETICS will provide the Customer with all the necessary documents to attest the purchase of the products \/ services by the Client.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.5.2. IEHANA COSMETICS will make it easier for the Client to inform about the completion stage of his order.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.5.3. The contract, together with the documents proving the delivery to the Client of the products contracted by it, by Iehana Cosmetics, becomes the Honored Contract.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.6. Transport<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.6.1. The delivery to the Client of the products purchased from Iehana Cosmetics is made through the express courier companies Urgent Curier SRL or Fan Courier. The courier delivery cost is 21 lei if the package weighs up to 1 (one) kg, increasing proportionally to the weight and volume of the package. The reimbursement (payment on delivery) has a separate extra cost. The transport is free on Romanian territory for orders whose value exceeds RON 300. The delivery service price is calculated when placing the order based on the total weight of the order (if there is more than one item). IEHANA COSMETICS estimates the cost of transport on the basis of internal indicators agreed with the courier company. The customer expressly accepts the cost estimates for the order, irrespective of the data underlying the determination of the cost. As a consequence, the Customer can not claim a lower cost of transport based on individual weights or measurements of the package.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.6.2. Deliveries will be made according to the period specified for each product on its presentation page (varies between 2-20 days). If the product will be shipped with the above mentioned deadline, IEHANA COSMETICS will inform the Customer by e-mail, within 30 days of the order, applying the provisions of art. 7.7.3, in which case the Customer may cancel the order in writing and in the event that the payment was made in advance, the amounts paid shall be refunded in full according to the law, within 30 days from the date of the renunciation.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.7. Quality and warranties<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.7.1. Each product marketed by IEHANA COSMETICS benefits from the warranty period according to the Romanian legislation in force. Clear details of these warranties are provided by the product records and no member may require an extended warranty more than the one mentioned. The guarantee of the products offered by IEHANA COSMETICS is provided by the producers of the products sold by Iehana Cosmetics.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Each product sold by IEHANA COSMETICS benefits from a guarantee of compliance according to the provisions of Law 449\/2003.<\/span><\/p>\n

          In accordance with art. 11 of Law 449\/2003, each Member or Client may request in the event of non-conformity, repair, replacement of the product or return of the counterfeit.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.7.2. If IEHANA COSMETICS can not execute the contract because the product is not available, it will inform the Customer of this unavailability, at the time IEHANA COSMETICS becomes aware of this case. In the event the product has already been paid by the Customer, the amounts paid as payment will be reimbursed by IEHANA COSMETICS within a maximum of 30 days, unless the parties agree otherwise.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.7.3. In the event of exceeding the delivery term indicated in art. 7.6.2, IEHANA COSMETICS will inform the Customer by e-mail and \/ or telephone and will agree with him the extension of the delivery term with a period not exceeding the delivery deadline originally stipulated. If, within the new agreed period, the product will be unavailable for delivery, the Customer may request the termination of the distance contract and the cancellation of the order. The customer has 3 working days from the date of the notification of the information to express his or her choice of product. The lack of receipt by IEHANA COSMETICS of a response from the Client or the impossibility of contacting the Customer with the contact details indicated within the specified term will be considered as tacit acceptance of the Customer for the extension of the delivery period. In all cases where the Customer expresses the written option of terminating the contract and canceling the order, if the product has already been paid, IEHANA COSMETICS will return the amounts paid in accordance with art. 7.6.2.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.8. Returning products<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.8.1. Except for the limitations of art. 7.9 regarding the purchase of credits, IEHANA COSMETICS Customer may return the products purchased through a Contract in the following situations:<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.8.1.1. Packages show severe damage<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.8.1.2. The products have been delivered \/ invoiced incorrectly<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.8.1.3. Products have manufacturing defects<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.8.1.4. Products have erroneous specifications ordered by the Client;<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.8.2. The Customer undertakes to notify Iehana Cosmetics of its intention to return the purchased products by any written communication (e-mail \/ fax \/ etc) within a maximum of 5 business days from receipt of the products and \/ or services.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.8.3. The Customer who has notified IEHANA COSMETICS under Article 7.8.2 is responsible for ensuring that the products to which it refers are returned within a maximum of 5 business days, otherwise IEHANA COSMETICS considers the claim unfounded and may refuse the return .<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.8.4. Customer IEHANA COSMETICS will not be able to return the purchased products and \/ or claim any other damages \/ damages in the following situations:<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.8.4.1. In the case of the replacement of the product purchased with another product with other specifications or a different type, except for the situation stipulated in art. 7.8.1.4.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.8.4.3. If a product is returned as a motivation for one of the situations provided in art. 7.8.1, and the returned product is not in the same condition as it was delivered (in original packaging with all intact labels and documents that accompanied it).<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.8.4.4. According to O.G. 130\/2000 art. 10 lit.c. IEHANA COSMETICS reserves the right not to accept the return of products which, by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to degrade or deteriorate rapidly, such as fraudulent products. The Member \/ Customer will be informed on each product page if it is refundable or not. Products that make up a kit need to be returned as a kit. Boxes and protective packaging are considered as part of the product.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.8.5. In the event of refund of the product, it will be made within 30 days of confirmation of the return. The return is made only in accounts indicated by the Client. No cash or refund is made.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.8.6. In case of replacement of the product with another product, according to 7.8.1.3, the replacement shall be done under the conditions and limits of a normal order.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.8.7. If the Customer who has returned a product in accordance with the provisions of Article 7.8.1.3 and IEHANA COSMETICS does not have a replacement product, it will provide the customer with the counter value of the product in accordance with 7.8.5.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.8.8. The amount of additional services including, but not limited to, the transportation of the products, paid by the customer, shall not be reimbursed.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7.8.9. In all cases, the return \/ re-dispatch costs will be borne by the customer except in the circumstances set out in points 7.8.1.1; 7.8.1.2; 7.8.1.3 and in the case of non-conformity according to 7.8.1., Where IEHANA COSMETICS will bear the value of the shipment. Credits are accounted for in the Customer\u2019s account and can be used to pay for the products.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            7.9.2 The period of validity of the loans is unlimited. Credits can not be converted into ROL and can not be used outside www.iehana.com<\/span><\/p>\n

            7.9.3. In case of suspicion of fraud in obtaining and using Credits, IEHANA COSMETICS has the right to cancel unilaterally any allocation or use of credits without the User having the right to claim damages interest or the equivalent of such credits.<\/span><\/p>\n

            7.9.4 The provisions of art. 7.8.1.4 are not applicable to credits, ie products that are totally or partially covered by credits can not be returned.<\/span><\/p>\n

            7.9.5 Acquisition of Credits: If an order of a Customer has already been paid through the online payment system and he no longer wants to deliver the asset, he \/ she has the option to receive an equivalent in Credits for the amount paid to the credit report = 1 lion.               8.5. IEHANA COSMETICS does not promote SPAM. Any Member \/ customer who explicitly provided his \/ her email address on the site may opt to disable the client account associated with this email address.<\/span><\/p>\n

              8.6. Communications made by IEHANA COSMETICS by electronic means of distance communication (ie e-mail) contain the full and conforming identification data of the sender or links to them at the date of transmission of the content.<\/span><\/p>\n

              8.8. The pursuit of obtaining credits under art. 7.9 Using False Accounts (names that are not real or the use of the identity of some persons but by another person) is considered an attempted fraud and will have the effect of canceling the advantages obtained, blocking the access to IEHANA COSMETICS sites and reporting to the relevant authorities.<\/span><\/p>\n
