 - Free shipping for orders over 100 RON

European Union countries:
 - 120 RON
 - Delivery time: 1–3 working days after order processing. Free shipping for orders over 150 EUR.

Asia, Russia, United Kingdom (UK), Canada, United States of America (USA), U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Outlying Islands, Australian Capital Territory:
 - 325 RON
 - Delivery time: 1–3 working days after order processing. Free shipping over 200 EUR.

Rest of the world:
 - 400 RON
 - Delivery time: 2–5 working days after order processing

Payment

Payment is due upon shipment or by paying online by credit card, payment is secure plationline.ro

For card payments, the transaction will appear on your statement with the name [iehana]

For orders paid by card the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within maximum 30 days of acceptance of the return.

After canceling a transaction card, the issuing bank will release the blocked client’s account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy.

Return Conditions

Products can be returned within 5 days of receipt of the package only if:

Parcels shows severe damage
The products were shipped / invoiced wrong
Products manufacturing defects
The products have the wrong specifications ordered by customers;
