Are you planning to go to the beach this summer for a romantic getaway?

Here is our guide to healthy and hydrated skin during the hotter months:

1.USE A HYDRATING BODY CREAM DAILY!

Spending a ton of time in the water and walking around barefoot can both take their toll on your feet and hands! Is is especially important to use a light body cream at the end of the day (preferably after showering) to replenish the moisture from your skin, especially in those sensitive areas that are prone to cracking (elbows, toes, heels, knees).

2. AVOID EXCESSIVE TANNING AND USE SUNSCREEN!

4. AVOID USING TOO MUCH MAKEUP!

Using too much makeup during the hotter months can inhibit your skin from properly perspirating. This can lead to black heads, acne or even rashes.
